Without question, The Weeknd came in the game with a unique sound and style on House Of Balloons, Thursday & Echoes of Silence that propelled the Toronto native to newer heights, but now, the young artist seems to be ascending into something much bigger. Before people jump out the window on me, it’s evident that Abel, as well as many others, have been influenced by the late-great Micheal Jackson, and with his recent string of successful records, I say it’s a fair assessment and a wise move for the talented singer to move towards the pop route, while adding his dark, sexual-R&B flare to the music. I personally think that The Weeknd is being groomed to fill the “king of pop” spot, but only time will tell.

Anyhow, With his new album Beatuy Behind The Madness dropping next week, Abel is hitting the road in support of his upcoming release, rounding up Travis Scott & Banks to join him on, ‘The Madness’ Fall Tour.
